Getting Started

How do I create an account?

To create an account, click the 'Sign Up' button on the homepage and follow the registration process. You'll need to provide your email address and create a password.

What are the system requirements?

Platform works on all modern web browsers including Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge. We recommend using the latest version of your preferred browser for the best experience.

How do I set up my organization?

After creating your account, you can set up your organization by clicking on 'Create Organization' in the dashboard. You'll need to provide basic information about your organization and its structure.

Account & Billing

How do I change my subscription plan?

You can change your subscription plan by going to Settings > Billing and selecting the plan you want to switch to. Changes will be reflected in your next billing cycle.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and PayPal. Enterprise customers can also pay via bank transfer.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at any time by going to Settings > Billing and clicking 'Cancel Subscription'. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period.

How do I add team members?

To add team members, go to the Teams section, select your team, and click 'Add Member'. You can invite members by email or import them from a CSV file.

Yes, you can customize roles and permissions in the Settings > Roles section. You can create custom roles with specific permissions or modify existing ones.

How do I track project progress?

You can track project progress using our built-in analytics dashboard. Go to Projects > [Project Name] > Analytics to view detailed progress reports and metrics.

How is my data protected?

We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit and at rest. All data is stored in secure, SOC 2 compliant data centers with regular security audits.

Can I export my data?

Yes, you can export your data at any time. Go to Settings > Data Management > Export to download your organization's data in various formats.

How do you handle data backups?

We perform automatic daily backups of all data. Backups are stored in multiple locations and are retained for 30 days. Enterprise customers can request longer retention periods.
